We are currently hiring Personal Care Assistants for home care positions in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding towns. Immediate openings for Personal Care Assistant (PCA) shifts – mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time Personal Care Assistant positions available (10–40 hours per week).

Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s):

• As a Personal Care Assistant, provide caring companionship, conversation, hobbies, meal preparation, and more
• As a Personal Care Assistant, assist with walking, diet monitoring, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living
• Personal Care Assistants provide non-medical care, aging support, and hospital recovery assistance

Requirements for Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s):

• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Must pass a background check
