Senior Helpers is actively hiring caregivers, homemakers, Home Health Aides (HHA’s), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s) for home care positions throughout Massachusetts. We are expanding and hiring caregivers, homemakers, HHA’s, and PCA’s in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding areas.

Positions Available:

• Full-time and part-time (10–40 hours per week)
• Immediate openings for caregivers and homemakers
• Shifts available: mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends

Caregiver & Homemaker Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and engagement
• Assist with walking and mobility
• Perform light housekeeping and homemaker duties
• Prepare meals and run errands
• Support personal hygiene and daily routines
• Help seniors recover from illness, injury, or hospitalization

Caregiver & Homemaker Requirements

• Previous caregiver, homemaker, HHA, or PCA experience preferred (not required)
• Must pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and caring attitude
