About Us
Guardian Angel Senior Services is a trusted, compassionate provider of in-home senior care. We help seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently at home - and we couldn't do it without our amazing caregivers.
We are currently hiring caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Homemakers to join our growing team.

Location: Rutland and surrounding towns.
Open Positions:
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Personal Care Aide / Assistant (PCA)
Homemaker / Companion
Full-time, part-time, days, evenings, weekends - flexible schedules available near you.
What You'll Do:
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
Medication reminders
Transportation to appointments
Report changes in client condition to office team
Homemaker duties focus on companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, errands, and transportation - no hands-on personal care required.
What We're Looking For:
Caring, patient, and reliable attitude - required
Previous caregiving, home care, or facility experience preferred, but not required for all roles
Valid certification for HHA / CNA roles
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
