NOW HIRING: ON-CALL CAREGIVERS

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for dependable, experienced On-Call Caregivers to help fill last-minute callouts and urgent client care needs.
HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but candidates with strong senior-care experience may also be considered.
On-Call Caregivers have the opportunity to earn additional income through hourly wages, on-call stipends, overtime, bonuses, and more.
YOUR MAIN ROLE
Be available outside regular business hours to respond to last-minute staffing needs and urgent client requests while providing safe, compassionate, and dependable care in clients' homes.
ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS
- Commit to specific on-call hours and days
- Receive an on-call stipend plus your hourly wage for hours worked
- Return calls within 15 minutes during your on-call period
- Be prepared to leave for a client within 30 minutes of receiving a call
- Accept assignments during your designated on-call period, regardless of location
- Assignments may include private homes, assisted living, and hospice
- Maintain reliable transportation and a clean, insured vehicle
- Maintain access to email and phone communication
- Follow all care plans, documentation, confidentiality, and PPE requirements
- Perform HHA, CNA, and PCA-related duties as required
Please note: Failure to meet the on-call requirements may result in forfeiture of the on-call stipend.
KEY CAREGIVING DUTIES
- Assist with mobility, personal care, and hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with errands
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Report unusual incidents or changes in client condition
- Respond appropriately and responsibly in emergencies
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- HHA or CNA certification preferred
- Strong experience working with seniors considered for non-certified candidates
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly when needed
