We’re seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and compassionate Life Enrichment Aide to join The Elms Assisted Living at The Briarwood Community in Worcester, MA.
The Life Enrichment Aide assists with the development, coordination, and implementation of daily activity programming designed to enhance residents’ quality of life. In this role, you’ll help create and facilitate engaging activities and special events that promote dignity, independence, social connection, and overall well-being.
This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and thrives in a dynamic, interactive environment. You’ll work closely with residents, staff, student interns, and volunteers to create meaningful experiences tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
Position Type: Part Time
Hours: 18 hours per week
Schedule: 2 days per week
Shift: Friday 3pm-7pm and the weekends 9:30am-4:30pm
Hourly Pay: $16.00–$18.00

This position is performed in a dynamic senior living environment and involves regular interaction with residents, staff, volunteers, student interns, and visitors.
The Life Enrichment Aide will work in a variety of community spaces while assisting with activities, programs, events, and resident engagement.
