- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and email - experience with Wellsky software is a plus
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with clients
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- The ideal candidate may have previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role. Preferably in the health care or home health industry. Experience in care giving is a plus
- Must Be Authorized to work in the US and pass a comprehensive background check.
- Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for all scheduling concerns from clients and caregivers
- Work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Will be required to rotate on-call after hours phone coverage
- Take responsibility in ensuring that all shifts and last minute needs are covered with the appropriate staff
- Report all caregiver hours properly on the schedule to ensure accurate billing and payroll
- Work with care coordinators and community liaison to coordinate care plans and schedules
- Communicate regularly with all staff and clients regarding assignments and issues and problem solving
- Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Call Caregivers on Alerts, investigate why late, document, and notify manager as needed
- General Office Administrative functions include:
- Prepare and audit biweekly payroll reports and time sheets
- Serve as a back up to director of billing and payroll
