Job Summary

________________________________________We are actively hiring part-time (26–32 hours/week) Home Health Aides (HHAs) to care for patients in your local community through home visits:
• Wrentham, Norton, Medway and surrounding towns
• Rockport, Gloucester, Ipswich, Beverly and surrounding towns
- Plymouth, Bridgewater, Halifax and surrounding towns
Schedules are flexible and typically occur Monday–Friday, daytime hours, based on patient needs and availability. Tell us what region and schedule you are looking for!

________________________________________As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide essential hands-on care that makes a real difference in patients’ lives.
Your day may include:
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Supporting care in homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings
You’ll follow a personalized care plan and work closely with a collaborative team of nurses and therapists.

Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Patient care or healthcare experience
• New HHA/CNA graduates encouraged to apply
• Massachusetts Home Care Aide Certification
• Reliable transportation for patient visits
