We are also excited to announce the opening of Legacy Care Memory Care Assisted Living, our newly developed memory care community anticipated to open in Fall 2026 (Pending Age Certification).
Position Summary
The Community Marketing Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. This role serves as the primary external representative of our organization, promoting our skilled nursing, long-term care, respite care, and memory care services while educating healthcare professionals, community partners, and families about the exceptional care available at our communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, elder law attorneys, senior centers, assisted living communities, and community organizations.
• Generate admissions through proactive business development and community outreach efforts.
• Conduct facility tours and assist prospective residents and families through the admission process.
• Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, educational programs, and community functions.
• Maintain regular contact with referral sources and provide ongoing education regarding services and programs.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
• Track referral activity, maintain prospect databases, and prepare marketing reports.
• Assist with social media outreach, community engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Promote the launch and growth of Legacy Care Memory Care Assisted Living.
• Uphold and communicate the organization's mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, senior living, business development, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care services strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or referral tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
