Abernathy Home Care is actively hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Stoneham, MA and surrounding communities. We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who want flexible schedules, consistent hours, and the opportunity to make a difference in their local community.
If you're certified as an HHA or PCA and have reliable transportation, we can build a schedule around your availability with multiple clients in your area.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Support mobility and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor client safety and well-being
- Follow care plans and complete required documentation
- Travel between client homes as scheduled
Requirements:
- Active HHA or PCA certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel between client homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable attendance and professionalism
- Current TB test or chest x-ray
