Required Skills: - Valid and active Physical Therapist licensure in Massachusetts
- Proven experience in physical therapy, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
