Westfield, Full time, 4:30pm - 11:00pm, 7 days a week, Lovely elderly women, soon to be discharged from a rehab facility, chronic Heart failure, dementia, & sundowning. Needs assistance acclimating back home. Pay rate $16.50 or $17.00 based on certification.

Requirements: 

* Dementia Experience
* At least 1 year senior care exp.
* Reliable transportation, Driver's License, Clean motor vehicle history
* At least 2 professional work history references... Not friends
*  Willing to submit to backgrounds checks
* Willing to accept 1 shift every other weekend
* Able to speak, understand, read, write in English
