Executive Director - Assisted Living

Job Purpose: 

The Executive Director is responsible for the effective operations and overall management direction of the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Community. Responsible for assuring the highest degree of quality care and service is provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing 5 star-luxury to our residents and grow the Wingate culture.
• Responsibility and Accountability of Directing the Overall Management and Control
• Hire, Evaluate, Coordinate, Monitor Performance, Schedule and Supervise Staff
• Implement policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary.
