Job Description:
I. Position Summary: The Admissions Coordinator for the Lunder CareForce Institute plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the admissions process for all prospective students. This position ensures a seamless, compliant, and efficient enrollment experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service. The coordinator will oversee all aspects of the admissions process, including candidate lead generation, candidate screening, eligibility verification, data tracking and reporting, and collaboration with employer-sponsored partner organizations and students. This role requires strong organizational and data management skills, the ability to lead process improvement initiatives, and effective coordination with internal staff, students, external stakeholders, and community partners.
II. Position Responsibilities:
Admissions Process Oversight:
● Serve as the primary coordinator for all Lunder CareForce Institute admissions activities.
● Schedule, coordinate, and track school screening interviews for prospective students.
● Ensure all eligibility requirements are met and that required documentation is collected, verified, and securely filed in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
● Oversee the CORI/SORI background screening and review process for all applicants.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the admissions database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
● Act as the lead liaison between the Lunder CareForce Institute and employer-sponsored partner organizations, including HR representatives or designated hiring leads.
● Provide timely updates to partners regarding candidate status, eligibility, and student acceptance.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with partners to ensure a collaborative admissions experience.
● Analyze admissions data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
● Provide recommendations to streamline admissions workflows and enhance efficiency.
● Collaborate with leadership to implement approved process improvement initiatives.
● Generate reports on admissions metrics to support strategic decision-making.
● Coordinate and participate in community outreach activities as requested to support recruitment goals.
● Represent the Lunder CareForce Institute at job fairs, community events, and other recruitment opportunities.
● Maintain organized admissions records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
● Support project planning and implementation related to admissions and program initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with all institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
● Ensures current website content in collaboration with the Marketing team.
● Attends marketing meetings and other committee meetings as requested.

IV Qualifications:
● Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
● 2 years of administrative experience in an academic, workforce development, or healthcare training setting. Preferred
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and analysis.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis and visualization tools, database systems, and other relevant software tools.
● Project management experience is strongly preferred.
● Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience working with diverse populations and maintaining sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic factors.
● Familiarity with CORI/SORI processes and compliance standards a plus.
V Physical Requirements (ADA Requirements)
● Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting at a computer or in a classroom) for extended periods of time.
● Frequent use of computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
● Occasional movement within the facility to attend meetings, deliver in-person instruction, and engage with students and staff.
● Ability to lift and carry instructional materials or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
● Clear verbal communication in English and, as needed, in other languages for instructional purposes.
● Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to support classroom instruction, online teaching, and student interaction.
● Ability to travel between program sites or community partner locations, as required.
